With nearly five decades of experience as an Educationist and having served as a School Leader for schools in India and overseas, Mr Devgan brings rich experience as an administrator, sportsperson, and champion for teachers. His love for children further strengthens the My Good School philosophy of every individual's personal and social development with the active support of teachers, faith in experiential learning and learning outside the four walls of the classroom. Former House Master and Dean at The Doon School, currently Member Board of Governors at Welham Boys' School, has settled down at Dehradun to help build Learning Forward India.

Currently Director of The Doon Girls School, Dehradun. With a master in Computers, a software developer and an MBA in Advertising. Her love for children made her leave the corporate sector. Co-founder of The Doon Girls School and Dehradun Boys School. She has been involved in actively designing child-centric curriculum and pedagogies for school children. Conducts 'training the trainer programs' and has 20 plus years of experience. Currently involved in understating the global education systems and is devising curriculum and pedagogies for senior school based on global requirements.

Sandeep Dutt
Founder Learning Forward India School Improvement Coach, Author, Entrepreneur, Mountaineer and above all passionate about taking learning forward. Ambassador Hundred.Org, Chairman Bhadrajun Artisans Trust, Owner of The English Book Depot and former National Director of The Duke Of Edinburgh's International Award. On the foothills of the Aravallis found the meaning of his life in a small village called Bali, at The Fabindia School. As a school improvement coach, he focuses on school culture transformation, emphasising culture as a service.

William N. Bissell

One of The Fabindia School (a unit of Bhadrajun Artisans Trust - BAT) collaboratively developed the vision and approach of the school since its inception.  In addition to his unwavering commitment to the school, William is best known as a leading social entrepreneur. He is the Managing Director of Fabindia Overseas Pvt Ltd, a textile company started by his father, John Bissell, in 1960. After completing his B.A. from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, USA, in 1988, William returned to India to work in the rural crafts sector to address economic development issues.  Living in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, and travelling extensively throughout the state, William helped form the BAT in 1988, initially envisioned as an artisan cooperative for leatherworkers and weavers Rajasthan.  After encountering several limitations in running BAT as an artisans' cooperative, he changed his approach and helped to launch a Jodhpur based company in 1990 called Desert Artisans Handicrafts (DAH), in which artisans over the next 6 years became shareholders.  DAH has grown to witness tremendous success for its artisan members, whereas BAT has become solely focused on education, with The Fabindia School as its only project.

Prof. Anupam Sibal

He has more than one hundred publications in medical literature, serves on the editorial board of three journals and has edited a textbook of paediatric gastroenterology and hepatology.

Manoj Albert Jeyaraj

Responsible for implementing Employee Development Programs (Classroom & Online), Talent Management initiatives, Employee Engagement initiatives, and OD interventions across South and East Asia for 30,000+ employees. Passionate about urban social life involving listening to music and watching movies. Hobbies include working with  Tiger conservation, collecting and studying rural handicrafts, studying animal behaviour (wild cats), Learning  Egyptian history and Wildlife photography.

Dr Charu Mathur
An expert in corporate commercial, civil criminal and constitutional matters.
She is an Advocate on the Record Supreme Court of India. Dr Mathur is a regular practitioner before the Hon'ble Supreme court and represented parties like Cricketing bodies, educational institutions like IITJodhpur, NLU-Jodhpur, BPUT-Orissa, Maharana Pratap Agricultural University, Gujarat University, Jodhpur University, Private Engineering and Medicine colleges of Gujarat, Rajasthan and Orissa. She is also counsel for various High Courts, PSUs like National Fertilizer Limited, State instrumentalists like Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation and leading private groups like Texmaco. Dr Mathur is a rare combination of not only litigation and advisory work but also academics. She designed a course curriculum for various programs of various institutions. Her expertise in the academic field lies in providing structured programs for legal aspects of the business to management institutions.

Karl Clauset
Education consultant and author
A successful education consultant with over 25 years of experience in creating and rejuvenating learning communities and working with school leadership teams, principals, and central office staff in the US and Canada to improve teacher and leader practices and student learning.  His mission is to help schools and school districts improve performance through collaboration focused on student needs. Co-author of Schools Can Change and the lead author of School-wide Action Research for PLCs.  Co-presented concurrent sessions at many Learning Forward/NSDC annual conferences and at the 2016 Visible Learning conference. A senior consultant with BKL & Associates, an educational consulting firm, and the South Coast Educational Collaborative.  Previously, a senior consultant with Focus on Results, part of the Education Development Center’s school reform and international programs divisions, and a faculty member and grants and contracts director with the Boston University School of Education. Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Boston University and an ASCD award for an outstanding dissertation on effective and ineffective schooling dynamics. Taught in secondary schools in Zambia, Tanzania, and Indonesia.

Prof. Vivek Bhandari

The 11th Director Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), BA (Honors) in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and then a Master’s in Modern History from the University of Delhi. He went on to do a second MA in South Asian Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. He proceeded to complete his PhD in History from the same university. Prof. Bhandari spent time at the Center for the Advanced Study of India (CASI), the University of Pennsylvania as a visiting scholar. After leaving IRMA in 2011, Prof. Bhandari divides his time between academic work, consulting on development, and public engagement. Ratan Tata Chair Professor at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He is also a faculty member of the Young India Fellowship Program in New Delhi. A year into his term as director of IRMA in 2008, Prof. Bhandari was included in Business Today magazine's list of India's Top Twenty-Five 'Young Executives Under the Age of 40'.

Peter Church

OAM B.Com (UNSW), LLB (Sydney), LLM (London), LHD (Sri Sharada, Delhi) FAICD. Peter Church was born in Sydney and has spent almost his entire career as a lawyer and corporate adviser in South-East Asia and India.  In 1994 he was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) by the Australian Government to promote business between Australia and South East Asia. He has been appointed an Adjunct Professor at Curtin Business School, a Distinguished Professor at Sri Sharada Institute of Indian Management in New Delhi and a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Great Lakes Institute of Management Chennai.  He holds several directorships of listed and unlisted companies and has written many books on Asia. He recently commenced producing an oral history podcast on the lives of elderly Myanmar citizens born during the British colonial period and have lived through tumultuous times since then. Away from his professional activities, he has a deep interest in the philosophy of Buddhism and was ordained as a Buddhist monk in Myanmar in 1995.

Peter’s various professional and voluntary appointments include Hon Advisor Asia Pacific Region for the International Award Association; CEO Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award in Australia; Chair Advisory Council, SIDS & Kids; Judge, Local & Regional NSW Small Business Award; Local Controller, State Emergency Services (Ashfield-Leichhardt), Member, Kids in Need NSW. Peter was appointed Member of the Order of Australia and was the Australia Day Citizen of the Year for his local community in 2014. Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts.

Philip Burrett

A teacher for 44 years, he has taught in co-ed and single-sex boys schools in Delhi and Mumbai. He joined The Doon School in 85. Philip believes that boys are in trouble, and when we look around, he sees many reasons for this. He has been very concerned about handling boys and how we can best educate them. His efforts have moved them away from the pseudo masochism that most boys think is needed to become the new warriors-men with empathy and kindness. Now retired still seeks to take boys into the outdoors to train, coach and mentor them. The need of the hour is to help boys become men and make these rites of passage enjoyable.

Jugjiv Singh

Thirty-seven years + experience in the Corporate Sector in Sales/Marketing and running Businesses in India and overseas. A management graduate, Jugjiv did his AMP from Harvard and has worked with large MNC s like Dupont/ICI, large Indian companies like Ballarpur Industries as well as in smaller Indian organisations like Tahiliani Design across a broad set of Industries-Textiles, Chemicals, Paper, Certification, Home Comfort, Fashion and Education. He is a Director with an ed-tech startup-Marksharks and at an angel investment network-Keiretsu Forum. He is also involved with running an NGO in the education space in Meerut-Gyanoday, which focuses on the holistic education of the underprivileged.
